On Your Toes is proud to offer an online solution for parents and account holders to access all of their account information online. This service allows users to process payments for charges, enter and modify contact information, and register for select classes from the comfort of their home - 24 hours a day.
You can always access your account by clicking on the “Parent Portal” button on the top right of our website. Your parent portal log in is registered under the primary account holder’s email address provided at registration. When enrolling, you should have received a link to set up access to your parent portal account. If you don’t remember your password, you can have your password emailed to you by clicking “Forgot Password?”. For your security, our office is not able to look up your password.

PAYMENTS VIA THE PARENT PORTAL:
Click on the “Make a Payment” tab at the top of the page.
Scroll to the bottom half of the page and click the “Select” box next to the charge you wish to make a payment on. This will allow you to change the amount in the adjacent box. Once you have entered the amount you wish to pay, the amount at the top of the page will automatically change.
Enter credit card information and save. We will confirm future charges with you.
Click “Pay Charge”.
IF YOU ARE ON A MONTHLY PLAN, save your credit card information and we will automatically charge monthly payments.
