INCLEMENT WEATHER

If we are forced to close due to inclement weather, we will try to make-up classes. Snow dates do not affect your monthly tuition. Studio closings will be announced via email and posted to social media.


MISSED CLASSES

There is no discount or refund for missed classes. Make-up classes are available within two months of the class missed.


PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDER

All studio accounts have one primary account holder. This is the account holder that registers and signs the registration form. This account holder will be the one considered financially responsible for the account. This is also the primary email for the account.


INJURY

We work hard to maintain a safe atmosphere and teach proper technique to avoid injury. Like any physical activity, injuries do occur in dance. On Your Toes is not responsible for injuries sustained in class, on premises, or at any related event.


LOST & FOUND

The Studio is not responsible for lost or misplaced articles. Please put names on all belongings. Items left in the studio will be placed to the side or in the lobby for their retrieval.  


FOOD & DRINK

With the exception of camps & birthday parties, food and drink are prohibited in all classrooms at all times. Some students with extended schedules or attending camps may need snacks or even a meal. On Your Toes is a NUT-FREE STUDIO, please pack food accordingly.


ENTERING CLASSROOMS/STUDIOS

Students should wait with their parents until the teacher is present before entering the classroom unless directed otherwise. No one is permitted to use the classrooms when a teacher is not present unless arrangements are made through the studio office.


DROP OFF/PICK UP

1st grade & younger: Parent/guardian may come in the studio to retrieve dancer.

2nd-5th grade: Parent/ride should walk or drive to front of studio where teacher will meet you with dancers.

6th grade & older: Parents should arrange plan for pick-up with their child.  Dancers will be released from class.

Dancers who drive: Please try to park as close to the studio entrance as possible. When you have to park in the side lot, please walk out with a friend or teacher.


OVERDUE BALANCES

Any student with an overdue balance of more than 90 days will not be allowed into class until payment in full is received or payment arrangements have been made. Please see our Tuition and Payment Policy. If you have any questions, please email Tricia at tricia.belsanti@gmail.com


COSTUMES

Most costume costs are built into our tuition. Should an additional costume piece be required the teacher will notify the class of the cost. Dancers on unlimited tuition may incur costume fees for over 5 costumes. Costume orders can only be picked up once the account is paid in full with no balance remaining, unless other arrangement is made.
